Meet in front of the new lodge. The lesson will be between 60-90 minutes. These lessons are geared towards beginners but even experienced skate skiers would benefit from practicing the fundamentals. Please ensure you have skate skis (no grip wax, fish scales or skins) and poles that are long enough for skating (should be between your chin and nose). There are limited rentals available at Cariboo Source for Sports. Dress with warm layers that can be easily removed. We will be moving AND standing around . We will be staying on the lit ski trail but bring a head lamp. If snow or weather conditions are not suitable the lessons will be rescheduled to the following Monday. Other dates can be arranged if there is more interest.
